3D Camera Controller Company Is Inviting Content Developers To Create New Games

3DV Systems, based in Israel, announced the launch of their ZCam, which is the first camera of its kind that offers unparalleled total immersion in the interactive experience. 3DV's breakthrough video imaging technology and camera capture objects in 3D, enabling users to control personal space through intuitive body gestures.

"ZCam enables gamers, in a way never before possible to interact intuitively and naturally with games," Zvika Klier, CEO of 3dv Systems said according to the company's press release. "We invite content developers to join us in creating a new innovative experience, and are very excited by the reaction of the developing community so far."

3DV Systems says gesture-based controls will open a new world of innovation in games and boasts of the highest resolution on the market.

3Dwalkthroughs.com believes this technology can help with our quest to provide the most fully immersive and interactive 3D Walkthrough experience in the industry.

Our goal is to use this type of technology to allow a person's movement to control his actions within one of our custom 3D Walkthroughs. For example a person could participate in an interactive 3D Walkthrough and literally open doors, turn on the lights, etc.

We have come across a few other companies with similar technologies and are looking forward to the day when we can include this technology as part of our offerings.
