Well Done Traditional Marketing Materials Bring 3D Renderings to Life

3Dwalkthroughs.com is currently developing 3D Renderings for a client that is made up of one of the leading development and leading marketing companies in New York City. As part of the project we have been sitting in on the marketing meetings which have been compromised of vendors with different specialties.

Today's meeting was interesting as it involved a review of some updates we made to the 3D renderings along with a review of the brochure design that would be used to market the property.

Before the meeting began I had the opportunity to chat briefly with the creative designer responsible for the new brochure. She showed me some of her previous projects and I was blown away. Each piece was like a coffee table book and not only efectively sold the property but also the community where the project was situated.

With the price of most new NYC condominiums easily exceeding the 1 Million dollar range, it is very important for the marketing materials to do their job from the first second the are viewed. During the meeting we discussed the overall feel that we were trying to achieve with the marketing materials. A few tweaks in terms of color and layout and I think the brochure is going to be a home run.
