Slow Housing Market Helps New Concepts Get Noticed

3Dwalkthroughs.com was recently approached by Brian Kuhn of Developers Marketing Services regarding his very innovative new development concept. We are looking forward to working with Brian to create very realistic 3D Walkthroughs and 3D Renderings which will be integrated into a virtual sales office to promote the project.

About Crystal Palaces Structures
(Information was Generated Directly From A Press Release)

Brian's concept, a ‘Climate Tempered Community™’, or CTC, is a new kind of condominium design that uses clear, retractable roofs to cover highly landscaped common areas between buildings, allowing residents to enjoy the ‘outdoors’ all year long.

As the name implies, the objective of a Climate Tempered Community™ is not to provide a controlled environment, but rather a 'tempered' micro-climate within the enclosure. The interior temperature is allowed to fluctuate with outdoor conditions, but is kept above freezing year round. The structure is warmed predominately by ‘passive’ solar energy during the winter, minimizing energy costs while maximizing its use. During summer months the roofs are opened, exposing the 'concourses' to rain and warm breezes. The design utilizes many other ‘Green’energy and sustainability features.

Homes at a CTC look like neighboring homes from the outside, but the rear facades of the enclosed units can sport a Floridian or Southwest design, depending on the motif of that complex. While one 'street' could mimic St. Petersburg, another could look like Scottsdale or Tucson. Interior palm trees, streams, and gardens give the projects a 'Disney-like' quality, while pools, cabanas and even putting greens for golfers provide year-round ‘outdoor’ activities. Some units even have decks that look like ‘docks’, overlooking the stream and Koi Ponds.

...we will keep you posted on any new developments regarding this exciting new concept.
