3D Marketing in a Down Market

An eye-opening article in the The Real Deal describes an upcoming year that will produce a very limited of new development projects to break ground.

The article included a Q&A with a number of developers that offered their frank opinions about the current climate in the real estate industry. Click here>> for the full article.

In spite of the lack of new projects that will get started in the upcoming year, 3Dwalkthroughs.com still believes the demand for 3D Walkthroughs, 3D Floor Plans and 3D Renderings will remain high as developers will still seek out innovative marketing materials to help sell their current inventories.

With that being said, if the slump in new development projects was to continue over a period of 2-3 years, we might have to rethink our optimism.
